Meet our Team

Paul is a Director of Allcover which he joined in 1993. He initially dealt with most aspects of insurance and has developed his own skills in looking after our Tradesmen Schemes which include Employers/Public Liability, overnight theft cover for Tools/Contractors All Risks, Machinery & Plant, and Contract works in isolation. He is also responsible for our Motor Fleet and Motor Trade Accounts, His problem solving talents stand out when it comes to finding the right cover in today’s market where nothing is standard – so if its involved Paul’s your man!

When not in the office, he can be found on the Golf course or chasing after his young family!

Our Office Manager has a unique ability to move paperwork faster than anyone we know! Her insurance career began in the late 70’s when working for Groupama. In 1986 she joined Allcover and has been instrumental in establishing our good client relationship – her strengths include Property Owners Portfolios, Employers/Public Liability, Shop & Office Packages and Household Buildings & Contents insurances.

When not in the office she can be found drinking red wine and cooking new recipes.

Kimberley joined Allcover in 2008 with a sound Insurance background. After many years of working for a major insurer she has experience in dealing with a wide range of insurances. Her strengths include Public/Employers Liability, Contractors All Risks, Office and Shop packages, Travel, Property Owners and Household Buildings & Contents. Her IT skills are second to none.

When not in the office she can be found shopping or at a west end show!

Lynda started at Allcover in 1988 and became a member of our front office team where she worked on all aspects of Insurance. Her duties now include assisting with the Compliance, Health & Safety and Office Systems.

When not in the office she can be found at the local dog’s home adopting yet another stray!

Dennis has a wealth of experience in all aspects of insurance from underwriting to broking and consultancy. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his many years in the business acting for individuals, associations, charities and corporations. He has even advised other insurance brokers.

He says he doesn’t sell insurance but buys it for his clientele after ascertaining their needs and their businesses. He’ll assess the risks and get the right cover at a good price building excellent relationships with both clients and insurers alike to ensure that the cover stays right even as needs and requirements change.

When not working he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.

Karl’s Insurance career spans over 35 years, working for multi-national brokers to having his own Brokerage for over 25 years. He is well versed in all insurance products but excels in high risk liability for the construction industry, property owner portfolios, bespoke fleet and motor traders insurance.

Whilst not in the office he will be at a Race Circuit as a Qualified Racing Instructor

Irene has a wealth of insurance experience spanning over 30 years. A Hardworking and reliable professional who is fundamental in looking after Corporate clients as well High net worth individuals.

When not in the office Irene spends time with her family and friends and likes weekends away exploring cities in Europe.

Victoria is our newest team member and brings with her 12 years’ worth of knowledge in commercial insurance.  Her specialty may be Property Owners, but her strengths include Shop & Office Packages, Professional Indemnity and Combined Liability insurances. 

With a keen interest in learning, Victoria has completed her Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance, and plans to complete her Diploma in Insurance in 2022.  She is proud to always maintain professionalism and provide an excellent service to her clients.  With fantastic communication skills, if you have any questions or need something explaining, Victoria is a great person to turn to.

When not in the office she will be planning her next adventure.
